Domino's Pizza

First of all, I just moved into the area so since everyone knows Domino's, I figured it was a safe bet to get my family some dinner. I ordered online using my app and my estimated time was 23 to 28 minutes. When I got closer to the 28 minute mark, the app did not update at all, so I decided just to head over. I walk in and they tell me "it's going to be seven more minutes" Which is fine it's Friday night and I get it. As I take a seat and wait for my Pizza, I see many customers come in to pick up their pizza and guess what they are told ? " It's going to be seven more minutes" I saw two customers just canceled their order. I ended up putting another 17 minutes for my pizza. I got a soda to go on the side, which was very warm to the touch even though she took it out of the refrigerator. When I got home with my pizza, one of the pizzas was completely wrong . I was not gonna go back and make a fuss. I would just will not go there again.

I placed an online order for delivery at 8:15 pm. I was given an estimated delivery time of 18-29 minutes... 1 hour and 20 minutes later I had to physically walk into the store to tell them that my order was never received. I found out my order was never prepared. The excuse they gave me... "The driver was actually off 30 minutes ago and he must have not realized he had a delivery." Website said Enrique was preparing my order, and coincidentally it also read Enrique was the store manager. Not a good look. It's comical how the online order tracking stated my order was being "prepared", "out for delivery" and then "completed." Oh, but I will be getting my money back... in 2-3 days.

Yall need more people to keep up with demand. I've waited over two hours for a pizza that still isnt here. I can drive to fresno or visalia at this point and get my food before this pizza shows up. GTA 6 will come out before my pizza does

They said they discontinued the pepper flakes and parmesan cheese. I felt like this could be a lie. But the two workers inside claimed this information when I asked for some toppings. If dominoes discontinued the cheese & pepper flakes, it would be devastating.

Okay I love the people, but Domino's needs to seriously fix their pizza tracker. It disabled itself, then we checked inside and they were backed up said it would be over an hour, which is meh, but okay. The people were very sweet. We went home and it said the order was READY so we go and they were like, uh no. Lolol they display a patent number and everything on the app like it's some amazing thing they had to register so no other company could use it. GURL pick up a phone and just call me when it's ready. Lolol. Love all the workers and the food though <3
