Dr Arun K Raghupathy is an interventional cardiologist who specializes in invasive cardiology procedures such as angioplasty and stenting of blood vessels. The officewas organized and staff was helpful and kind. I didn't have to wait long for the Doctor. Dr. Ragupathy seemed relaxed as he went through my file with me. And the appointment was finished soon. The doctor told me to say hello to my partner for him. Very gracious.
The doctor is good. But there system/business is a screw up mess. I showed up for my appointment in Greenbrae, but apparently the appointment is in Novato. I'm sitting in the waiting room of Greenbrae. Nobody in the office ever told me of the change. I have always had my appointment in Greenbrae. I got no advance notice of my appointment. I had to call this morning to verify it. I'm lucky I'm not dead from all the screw ups. Please do not involved in this mess if possible. It shouldn't be this hard.
Dr. Raghupathy is an outstanding cardiologist, very attentive, listens to what you're saying, and then provides his insight and advice in a clear, easy to understand manner. His practice has an excellent staff, very service oriented and helpful. Highest recommend for him and his team.
Dr Raghupathy is a true listener. He always has new ideas and strives to make the patient the best he/she can be suggesting new medications or life style changes. I'm happy to be under his care.
