After years of having Dr Gin as my cardiologist for pacemaker requiring heart disease I rate her 6 stars on a scale of 1-5. She checks all of the boxes I expect out of a great doctor: smart; knowledgable (knows the book and can go by the book, but also listens to patient, tests, etc and can effectively tailor to achieve best results); glib/doesn't waste words but great person. I give her 6 out of 1-5 because she has gone above and beyond for me-- one time possibly saving my life by contacting me after hours after for what to me seemed a non-emergency which I communicated by MyChart was indeed a rare serious event needing time-was-of-the-essence surgery. She is good and she cares.
