10 out of 10 for Dr. Lee, 1 star for the front desk. Specifically a front desk worker named KRIS (supposedly). They claim to have a "warm and compassionate team", that's a LIE. This person had me on the line for over 15 minutes, just to book my son an appointment that confirmed him to go back to school and play sports. Little does she know we've went to this clinic for YEARS, before it was even switched to the doctors who are there now. So we are well aware that it does not take over 15 minutes to set an appointment. Let alone an extra 5 minutes to transfer me to her supervisor, before she came back on the line, blabbed something as I told her "excuse me? I can't understand you", and then hung up on me. She couldn't answer my question of why she gave away my original appointment time, and now lying about letting me speak to her supervisor. My son said he thinks she gave me the original appointment before she hung up on me. So why did you lie, Kris? I hope to hear from a supervisor from here very soon like I originally requested. Your front desk service has taken a plunge, unfortunately.
