Dr. Vanvranken has been our family physician for more than 15 years. He always takes time to hear the issue and he seems to genuinely care about you as a patient and as a person. Always the consummate professional, he puts you at ease when speaking with him. I consider myself and our family fortunate to have him as our primary physician.
The receptionist needs to be fired. I needed my doctor. I called the office a dozen times left a voicemail. Received no call back. A few days later I was in bad shape I had a family member call on my behalf. They also called a dozen or more times left a voicemail and received no call back. Love my doctor but whoever is manning the phones needs a new job.
I did a follow op visit at Dr. B. Van Vranken M.D., it was my pleasure the interaction with the Doctor. He is very concerned about his patient which includes very quick referrals and recommendations. Dr. Bruce Van Vranken is a true professional and extremely personable. He is the Primary Care Doctor for our entire family including my 89 year-old grandmother who has recently begun to have more health issues. Dr. Van Vranken has been not only very supportive and helpful in providing top notch care for my grandmother, but also available to answer my questions and ease my concerns.
