I am very satisfied with the service of the facility and the doctor was great and they are very efficient

Dr. Rosanio supervised my stress test yesterday at PCA in Laguna Hills. During the recovery, my heart rate wouldn't go down even after resting for over 40 minutes so he monitored me thru the EKG machine and eventually decided to send me to the ER for further monitoring. He stayed in the room ensuring my safety and felt the genuine concern he had for me as a patient. He was very professional and assured me my stress test was fine but he needed to make sure I'm okay. His staff Carly and Nicole were also very kind, Carly staying with me until somebody was there to pick me up. Its rare to feel comfortable and at ease in a medical office (especially I was the last patient for the day), but I never felt rushed. Dr. Rosanio specifically instructed me to have the ER doctor call him on his cell for updates. I mean who does that? I am grateful and thankful for the care you provided me yesterday. I highly recommend PCA, Dr. Rosanio and his staff to everyone looking for a cardiologist.

Horrible horrible follow up service. I came here because my younger brother died from a hereditary heart condition on 12/16 and I was told by the coroner and my Primary Care Physician to get checked out to make sure I am also not at risk. I came here on 12/26 and saw Dr. Salvatore Rosanio. He was in the room with me for less than 1 min. He then told me that his office would schedule me an echo stress test. It is now January 2nd of the New Year and I called the office directly instead of waiting. The front desk says they do see in my file that Dr Rosanio wanted me to get an echo stress test immediately. I was then transfered over by the front desk to scheduling and I am currently still on the call waiting for over 20 min to even speak to someone in the scheduling department. I am lucky enough to have a PPO and I am amazed at level of service, do others with other type of insurance have better or even worse experience with healthcare. Dr. Rosanio was short but at least he seemed to appear to actually care. The rest of the service is something less to be desired. Do not come to this office (laguna hills) if you want prompt assistance or at least come in with the expectation of delay and less than stellar service if you have no other choice. Update: I finished writing this entire review while waiting on the phone and then the front desk just picked up the call again and then hung up on me. I called back and this has become an 1 hour ordeal to schedule an echo stress test with this office. Hooray! Hopefully you do not have a medical emergency while you are waiting and getting your phone call dropped by the admin team.

Dr. Rosanio has an Italian accent, which I enjoyed. I told him where my wife and I have been in Italy, It's one of my favorite places to go. The people are kind and generous with their time, and I found that to be true with this doctor. Also, he listens to me, that's a rare quality in today's rush, rush, world we live in.
