I took my mother early for her first appointment with this doctor. Unfortunately, my mother made a mistake in looking at her calendar and so we actually ended up being 45 minutes late. Dr. Morcos has a policy of dropping patients if they miss an appointment. So, even though my mother showed up, albeit late, she refused to reschedule her appointment and take her as a patient. This is a rather horrific policy for a provider for the elderly in particular to have. she might be a good doctor, but we will never know. Existing patients had better never ever make a mistake or they'll be dropped. What a poor business policy!
