I would like to express my sincere appreciation and gratitude to the entire Emergency Department team at MemorialCare Saddleback Medical Center. From the moment I arrived, my experience was exceptional in every way. The reception staff were welcoming, professional, and efficient, which immediately helped ease my stress. The nurses demonstrated outstanding kindness, compassion, and attentiveness, consistently checking on me and ensuring my comfort throughout my visit. The physician who cared for me was thorough, patient, and genuinely compassionate, taking the time to listen, explain, and address my concerns with care and professionalism. The overall coordination of care was excellent, including the discharge process, which was clear, smooth, and well explained. The waiting time was very reasonable, and I felt that my care was handled promptly without ever feeling rushed. What stood out most was the genuine humanity, empathy, and respect shown by every team member. It was clear that this ER team truly cares about their patients' well-being. Thank you to everyone involved for providing such high-quality, compassionate care during a time when it was greatly needed.

Amazing Staff of nurses in the ICU and in the ER! I'd just like to thank the whole staff for their care last week after a stroke and then TCAR surgery. Luke and his team of professionals (Gracie, Jennifer, Jennifer, and many others in the ER ) and Sophie H , Matt and the newcomer Christie in the ICU after surgery were all very caring, helpful, and made my stay as comfortable as it could be. Oh and Sam transporting me from department to department and room to room- Thanks for the rides! I appreciate the care from all of you - more than you know. A smile can go a long way when your health is uncertain- You are all beautiful souls..Thank You

I have edited this because I was able to get a hold of the patient ambassador. But my story still stands as a warning to those that may get sent to ALISO RIDGE BEHAVIORAL HEALTH CENTER. I visited the ER because of insomnia the er doctor said and I quote "it's voluntarily, you can leave any time and it's a very nice facility" neither of which ended up being true. This was, in fact, a prison for the mentally disabled and I had no business being there and I could not leave. After seeing another doctor I found out my allergy medication (which I disclosed to the doctors and the person checking me in) is "black boxed to cause severe insomnia". You would think that would have been noticed but unfortunately it wasn't and I ended up in the worst place I could ever imagine because of it.

This hospital the worst hospital I ever been, I was admitted to this place cause is the closest one by my home. I recommend not to go on this hospital.if you are get really sick tried not to go this hospital. Some nurses was rude and the person from ambulance that took me in the emergency room was very unprofessional he was yelling all the way to hospital when he took me in. and when I got there one nurse was very rude also, She tried to hurt me using equipment tool on my foot and tried twisting my toes, I start screaming she was hurting me. I don't appreciate what she did, The doctor was nice to listen but I wouldn't recommend this place. Patience has right to be treated like humans.

I had the most amazing experience with my midwife, Julie, throughout my pregnancy, and I can't recommend her enough to any expectant parents. From the very beginning, Julie was so knowledgeable, warm, and approachable. She made me feel completely comfortable, never felt judged, and confident every step of the way. It wasn't just about her expert care, but her ability to genuinely listen to me and provide the support I needed, whether that was answering questions or offering advice. Julie also made a huge difference in making my husband, Cris, feel included and comfortable throughout the entire process. From our very first appointment, she took the time to engage with him, ensuring he understood what was happening during my pregnancy and encouraging him to ask any questions he had. This really helped him feel empowered and a part of the journey. He never felt like an outsider, and I appreciated how Julie's approach helped both of us stay informed and connected. If you're looking for a midwife who is compassionate, skilled, and dedicated to making both you and your partner feel heard and involved, Julie is absolutely the one to choose. She made our pregnancy experience a positive, memorable, and stress-free time, and I will forever be grateful for her support.
