I am a patient. The office moves at low speed. I have contacted the office manager over a serious matter. It's been three weeks! Haven't heard a word. I called again. Crickets. How is it they have a 4.9 rating?

I am very disappointed by the way the office staff handles appointments. I booked my appointment over a month in advance and have rearranged my calendar to keep it available. I just received a call, one week before my appointment, that due to Spring Vacation, Dr. Wertman is traveling with his family! You did not know in advance when Spring Vacation would occur. I do not appreciate it when my time is not valued. To add insult to injury, I am given another appointment a month out! I understand he is very busy and may not care about losing one patient. But as long as we, as customers, support such an attitude, they will continue to act this way. I gave him a one-star.

Dr. Wertman is a fantastic doctor and an awesome person. It's been almost a year since he and his team saved my life after a very serious heart attack. His compassion and follow up care have been exceptional and I will always be grateful. I highly recommend him.

Dr Wertman is great ! Always pleasant and seems to really care about how I am doing. He explains procedures well and takes his time. I never feel rushed. Highly recommend him and his office

My wife has been a patient of Dr Wertman for 10 years - and me occasionally over that time - and we feel very fortunate to have him as our cardiologist. He has successfully treated her for blood pressure issues to a stable blood pressure not requiring medication. He also did a successful ablation of her varicose veins a couple of years ago which were not successful by another doctor previously. She is currently having other medical issues and Dr Wertman has always shown personal concerns about her condition and wellbeing. We feel strongly about his caring demeanor, knowledge and professionalism: the last visit was typical of that. We highly recommend him.
