This is my go-to urgent care. The staff is always friendly, and I am never left waiting very long. I rushed my son here when he had allergic reaction that caused his face and mouth to swell, and they were quick to treat him and give him the injection he needed. They are helpful, efficient and thorough.
I took my 12 year old tonight for stitches and he received excellent care. Rebecca, the M.A., and Leslie, the PA, were both kind, compassionate, thorough, and efficient. I'm very grateful for the wonderful care my son received. And we did not have to wait at all; he was seen right away.
Excellent service received today! Came in for an insect bite concern on my daughter's leg, prepared for hours of waiting. Surprisingly it was only a 20 minute wait to be called, Matt the PA came in and reconfirmed my suspicion and gave us a prescription. In and out in less than 30 minutes. I've been a patient of Kaiser for over 10 years, this was my first time with new insurance having to try somewhere other than Kaiser and I was pleasantly surprised. Prescription was already in process by the time I drove over to CVS.
Not sure how this place has such good reviews. The check in staff were very nice. Maybe that's why. Met with Dr. Kahn. I'm not exaggerating when I say that he met with me for under 2 minutes. Atleast 1 minute was me describing my symptoms. He asked 0 follow up questions. He did not explain anything about my condition. Just listed medication he was going to prescribe and left the room. most of the meds I was already taking over the counter. That's why I went to urgent care. Very unethical. I plan to make a complaint with my insurance. Not sure how they can get away with a 2 minute consult no questions asked. I had him before 2 years ago when I went in. Appeared arrogant and dismissive. But gave this place a second chance. Not again.
We have been coming here for several years. We always get good care and are meeting with friendly, caring, supportive staff. We have been seen for illness, injuries, need of stitches, X-rays - so many different things and we have always been well cared for. We are so thankful.
