I made an appointment over the phone a month ago. The customer service was good, and I was given a scheduled time. However, when I arrived early, I discovered there was no record of my appointment. The person who answered the phone clearly hadn't made a note of it. The two women at the front desk seemed extremely discriminatory towards Asians, and their attitude was awful! They looked at us with disgust, as if I were deceiving them. And then the white people who checked us in later had another look! The waiting area was very dark, with only two lights on. Filling out the paperwork was incredibly inconvenient! The two doctors, both Asian, were very friendly! They were very thorough and thorough, and more dedicated than many family doctors at Arcadia!
