La Verne Medical Center

I made an appointment over the phone a month ago. The customer service was good, and I was given a scheduled time. However, when I arrived early, I discovered there was no record of my appointment. The person who answered the phone clearly hadn't made a note of it. The two women at the front desk seemed extremely discriminatory towards Asians, and their attitude was awful! They looked at us with disgust, as if I were deceiving them. And then the white people who checked us in later had another look! The waiting area was very dark, with only two lights on. Filling out the paperwork was incredibly inconvenient! The two doctors, both Asian, were very friendly! They were very thorough and thorough, and more dedicated than many family doctors at Arcadia!

Man the Dr Wong is the greatest he will take your appointments last minute when he refills prescriptions he's on it and sends it to you your Pharmacy right away there's no waiting if you have an emergency he will see you immediately one of the greatest doctors I ever had if not the greatest I really suggest that you guys visit him except all types of insurance including medical Medicare everything and cash the best doctor I ever had in my life seriously... I've been a patient I don't know 7 years or so and my mom's been a patient for about 20 years the best the absolute best!!!

My orginal Doctor passed away and all his patients where referred to this office.The Doctors are great but whenever its time for my fills the office staff does not submit them timely and my illness flares. The ladies in charge of the fills still tell me they are too busy and I have to wait when in fact they are the ones who were late in the first place. I do recommend there urgent care and if you need a physician for medication which is not determintal to your health. It's time to look for a new specialist i i i

Been here for a couple years now.. Dr Wong is awesome.. always helpful and knowledgeable. Tele health is convenient as well. Staff is friendly and helpful as well.

Weird vibes and even weirder doctor, ordered labs on some abnormal suspicion not discussed. Place is shabby, smelly and wait time is gross. Will not go back, there are better places. And, when a doctor is training a student, opt out- makes the primary nervous.
