I arrived 15 minutes early to my appointment, as instructed. When the office door was opened, no one invited me in, but the door was left unlocked, so I entered. Immediately, I was told very rudely, "We don't open until 8 a.m." When I explained that the instructions state to arrive 15 minutes early, the response I received was, "I don't know why it says that." I stepped back outside, only to be told shortly after that I could sit inside. The unprofessional attitude I experienced from Patty set the wrong tone from the start. She was dismissive, unwelcoming, and unprofessional. If customer instructions say to arrive early, staff should be prepared to greet patients accordingly--not make them feel like an inconvenience. Patty's demeanor makes it clear she is either unhappy in her role or in need of professional customer service training. Regardless, I will not be returning or recommending this office based on this experience.

I was very impressed with the treatment I received. I did get frustrated at first when I had trouble contacting them by phone. But, when I got to their Palm Springs office I was confronted with kindness and was attended to without waiting. Everyone was attentive and very kind. Very quick service. Dr's were very patient and explained things very well. They were open to questions and answered to where I could understand.

Everyone is always so upset that it takes so long to see a doctor but it's because everyone wants to see this doctor because he's so good so I do not mind waiting an hour to see someone who knows what they're doing who cares and understands your situation he's amazing at what he does. He's very kind and helpful. Love him and can't wait to see him. The next time. Staff is very polite and helpful.

I had an incredibly frustrating experience with this facility regarding my appointment. I scheduled a telehealth appointment, but no one called me at the scheduled time. When I reached out to follow up, they claimed they had called, which was completely untrue. The lack of accountability was bad enough, but the staff member I spoke to on the phone made things even worse. They were rude, dismissive, and showed no concern for my situation. To top it off, they hung up on me, which was both unprofessional and unacceptable. Appointments are supposed to be a time to receive care, not to deal with poor communication and unprofessional behavior. This experience has left me deeply dissatisfied and questioning the quality of this facility's services.

My first visit to the doctors office. The staff and Dr Bhakta are so personable. You feel comfortable right away that they have your interest at heart. The doctor spends time to explain and answer your questions. And made me feel my concerns were important to him. I'm grateful to be referred to this office.
