Clinica Medical Del Sol Group

This has to be by far the worse clinic ever. Horrible service. Can't call after 2pm even though they claim to be open till 5pm, nobody answers the phone. The Walk-In option is a joke. If you use them change clinics asap please. Edit: Oct 5th - They gotten better, one lady at the front desk is very helpful. They are answering the phone after 2pm. Still, it takes awhile to get an appointment, but we been lucky to get them within a week... Edit 2: I been calling them for an hour. ONE hour (10am to 11am). No answer at all. And you have to hear the whole 45 sec message, no way to skip it. Zero answer. What is up with this place?

the dentist and front office worker are very understandable and patient with their costumer. There might be a small wait but the service is exceptional. I've personally recommended others to this dentist

Doctor urbina very efficient we tell her we need references and she gives us the references unlike my other Doctor i had to wait at least a month and with her on the day she's very caring i told her i had shingles and she sent me to get the shingles vaccine and I got a blister next to my eye and she referred me to go to an eye doctor in case the shingles had damaged my eye very caring best primary doctor I've had and i got her out of pure luck because they sent me a letter with a phone number and I wasn't supposed to get her because she isn't close to my home but I kept her because she's very efficient

Worst experience ever i had to get my gallbladder removed this week no thanks to them for checking above and beyond wouldnt recommend this place kaiser permanente is who i have to thank even queen of the valley let me down they missed to do a simple ultra sound that could have changed their last known result.

They are so bad there every time I make an appointment I still have to wait 1 to 1 1/2 hours before I get called in to a room then you have to wait up to an hour in the room before the doctor comes in
