Dr Thynn Wai was polite, professional, caring, and listened to me. I appreciated the time she spent with me. She said she would refer me for follow up care to be seen as soon as possible. As soon as I got home I received a call for my referral to continue my care. She is not my regular doctor but I would definitely see her again.
