I wish I could take away this 1 star and give him a rotten egg. He doesn't care about his patients and has forgotten his oath as a doctor. I wasted 1 year of my time with him, with cancelled appointments and unnecessary test. He decides not to treat me finally after all this time without any valid reason and let my condition deteriorate without any explanation or help. Now I cannot walk because of him. I wish someone would take away his license so that other will be spared. Pathetic!
Great doctor, but extremely unprofessional and dysfunctional staff. Our patient was scheduled and confirmed an apt, but had his apt canceled just an hour before his arrival without a clear explanation. Then we were told to fill out paperwork and wait for an hr for the dr come back just to be told the apt was still canceled. We still don't understand why they called to confirm the apt the day before, but changed their minds the day of the apt. Don't make patients come to the clinic for canceled appointments.
Dr cook is an exceptional Dr. His bedside manor is unbeatable. He explains things in simple terms so a patient can understand. He will do anything necessary to keep you out of pain.
