Dr. Leila S. Bolandgray, MD

She is the worst. I suggest patients to avoid her at all costs. She ignore my needs and was dismissive with my concerns and questions. It was a very uncomfortable feeling talking with her.

Im currently admitted at Grossmont Hospital and have been assigned to her case. I have been here since yesterday morning 8am and was admitted by 10am. After multie requests and hours went by she finally came to see me. The visit was literary 10min and I havent seen or heard from her since. Here I am asking numerous nurses to page her and the response I get is; "she gets upset if we page her". Its beyond frustrating having questions about youre health and the next step to youre treatment plan. Needing information on potential discharge plan and nothing. So I continue requesting to see her and no response from the nurses or from her. She has not came and spoke to me about my progress NOTHING. This is by fat the worst experience I have ever had here.

The first time i met dr bolandgray i was in the er for a bleeding episode. She came in and pulled up a chair, sat down and spent 15-20 minutes talking with me. I was very surprised. Almost all other drs come in and ask a couple of questions and walk out while im still talking. Ive been lucky enough to be admitted when she was on duty several times since then.
