I've been going to this organization going on 3 years and if I took the time to tell everyone how amazing everyone is it would be a short novel. Amazing Doctors ( shout out to SAM), Dr. Alvarez and Brian , CRAZY SMOOTH( as well as video graphic techs!!). Entire staff and team incredible. But none of this is possible without the incredible and amazing " Multitasking Melissa " she's amazing handling so many people at one time and scheduling and calling patients back to remind them of their appointment and takes the time to answer any questions. She's my go to. Thank you Melissa and thank you Cardiovascular Institute.
Waited over 3 months for 3 appointments. They didn't keep ANY of the original appointments. How does that even happen? They drill you with the $300 charge if appointment not canceled 48hours ahead of time and yet they dont honor their own policy. Not cool
First time here. The doctor was extremely nice and answered my questions. Said I needed many tests. Scheduling at the front desk I'm doing at this moment. Nice place. Easy to get to. My doctor was Dr. Shah. Nice guy. Very personable.
