After waiting almost 2.5 hours in the waiting room at UCSD ER, I Googled the nearest ER from there and was shocked to find out I have another option just a few minutes walk away... so I left UCSD and walked over to Scripts ER where I was taken in right away! The doctor came and went all within about an hour and a half or two! The facility was much brighter, cleaner and inviting than UCSD PLUS I just received in the mail today, a get-well soon/follow up card from their admissions admin! Now that's awesome, personable service when ya really need it most!
