Dr. Jeng and Dr. Watkins are both attentive and thoughtful physicians. I've greatly appreciated my care here over the past 4 years. The front desk staff have also been very responsive to my requests and advocated for me with insurance. They helped me navigate a complex situation and receive the care I needed for my medical condition.
My parents switched to La Canada Medical Group in 2022. I cannot begin to say enough about the exemplary care we receive from the moment we walk in the door until we leave. Dr. Watkins and Dr. Jeng truly care about their patients and not once have we felt hurried or rushed during our visit. They listen to all of my parents' (and my) concerns and address each item. My sisters and I know my parents' health is in great hands.
DO NOOOT GO HERE!!! The receptionist was soo rude had NO patience and refused on letting me speak with someone other than herself. To make matters worst she hung up on me and refused to answer my calls. Had such an ugly attitude the Dr. Is probly the same way if he has someone like that working in his office.
Very negligent doctors. They have difficulty diagnosing patients with the existence of images and lab work.
