Dr Van, has a wonderful bedside manner. He takes the time to ask meaningful questions on health and lifestyle that affect heathy heart. When we met it was during an extreme heart health issue. He discussed the treatment options and potential outcomes. Today, now more than 10 years later, I am truly thankful for his medical guidance and surgical skill. I trust Dr Van and literally take to heart his guidance.
I have seen doctor Van in action when my mother in law several years ago literally died and he basically brought her back by installing multiple stents on her 100 clogged arteries, he has been caring for her ever since. As for me in my visit with him I was very impressed with his diagnosis and knowledge of the heart and cardiovascular issues. He was very attentive and caring which has been a rarity these days. I highly recommend Dr. Van.
This was my first visit to this office, and I had a great experience. It was a bit busy that afternoon, but the staff was friendly, and Dr. Van was kind and informative. I really appreciated how professional everything felt. The receptionists were polite and worked hard to keep the line moving. Overall, I'm very satisfied with my visit.
Saw Dr. Van at the Irvine location. I would advise this office over the Laguna Hills location simply for parking issues. The front desk personnel are polite and personable. I wish I could say the same for the LH's office; not that they're rude or anything, but it seems to be a busier location perhaps being so close to the hospital. They just seem rushed and slightly disconnected. As for my visit with Dr. Van, he's personable and connects with his patients. Down side is he's hard to get in with, but well worth the wait time if your situation allows. I highly recommend this group of doctors.
