Niknam Jamshid MD

Dr Jamshid niknam is a horrible doctor. My elderly husband was at southern california hospital and he severely neglected my husband. I had to fight with him to administer antibiotics to my husband. He also failed to diagnose or just neglected his care but sent him home with pneumonia and i had to take him to a different hospital where he received the care that he needed. He also pushed for my husband to have a feeding tube when it turned out, he didn't need it after all. My heart hurts so much when i think about what my husband went thru. I nearly lost him and dr nikman only cared about billing Medicare for a surgery because it's revenue for the hospital. Horrible doctor and hospital

avoid this office. My Primary care sent us there, we scheduled an appointment that took 2 months, then on the date of the appointment, I called to confirm (instead of most respectful doctor offices to call and confirm the day before). I also asked if I'm for sure going to see the specialist as its a long drive and I have to be back at work. They assured me you are seeing the Doctor. We show up 15min early, it took them one hour from one room to another, and then a young nurse pops into the room and saying what can I help you with. The doctor wont be in until another couple of hours. To my complaint at the front desk, they just shrug and said sorry not sure we dont book appointments here.....extremely unprofessional, unethical group and have no respect for people's time.

I have been trying to get to this Dr. Office for a long time and it was worth it !! This office is very clean and organized, both of the Receptionist are Professional and are willing to answer any and all questions. They make sure that you have all of your required information before leaving. The young man who input my Medical Information was very Professional and Comfortable to speak with, and And Kane Cua NP is Awesome !! he listens and answers all my questions, I am looking forward to my next Appointment, I have read some of the past reviews and don't agree with them at all. I luv this Office and all of the Personel !! Totally Awesome Job !!

This place is horrible. I have no idea who my doctor is, my Tele visit is once a month and it's always someone new and rushed. My medications never get sent to the pharmacy, I always end up calling my primary care physician to submit their prescription. Calling the office is a joke, they never pick up in either the voicemail is full or they don't return phone calls. Requesting a refill through there voicemail service is also a joke. When leaving a voicemail for someone to actually call you back, it never happens.

It's funny, most people say, nurses they are no nurses and another says the doctor is a woman . That's all untrue, Doctor, Niknam generally trust Kane, too handle these walk-in patient but that's how he rans his office while helping at over crowded hospitals that's all over the country. However, there's no serious medical complaint and just because someone doesn't like the way someone operates their office do not make his conduct unethical. I feel that I have had myself communication issues but the bottom line all my medical issues are always addressed.
