I am more than upset. My grandmother has had esophagus cancer, by pass in her heart. Dr Hatori knowing this, sent her to a heart center because they need to determine where her heart leakage is coming from. My biggest frustration is that Dr Hatori never informed the Drs that my grandmother had a fake esophagus, they went in there trying to put a camera and nearly killed my grandmother! What's more upsetting is that, it isn't the first time. My grandmother needed to go under surgery to remove something by her ovaries because she had discomfort. Dr Hatori gave the ok, knowing her heart history. Luckily the Dr was straight up with us and told us, if she went under surgery she wouldn't wake up . It was completely up to us. It's just very frustrating that her Dr is sending her to do all these procedures knowing the risks that she might have and not letting us know. We go blindly trusting his word.
