Dear Dr.Sawhney, I'm sure you're probably a great doctor. However, I will never know because your staff clearly does not care about you patients, at least in my experience. We met online last year, you ordered me an allergy panel, and to follow up with you in person when I returned home. I stated this when requesting our appointment. I waited weeks to see you, I took off work and paid the nanny to watch my kids. I drove 30 min and waited and saw your PA....all to be told you were out of the country. I told your front office staff this as I was leaving, they assured me they told all patients you've been away. I assure you, this was not my experience. Maybe I wouldn't care so much at this half day that was wasted if I didn't have a job I needed to take time away from, or two kids that needed to be watched. You're supposed to have a wellness business, but your staff created is just creating more stress for your patients. Trust me, I know mistakes are made and it happens. But at least apologize, ask what can be done to make the situation better, ANYTHING. Not your staff.

Run far far away from this place!!! If I could give 0 stars I would. My appointment with PA Radha Sawhney Solai was the worst experience I have ever had in my life. She didn't review my records at all prior to my appointment. The office staff didn't check on my records that I released from multiple specialists. I told her that the staff wasn't doing their job by getting my records from my specialists and previous PC. She continued to argue with me that it was my fault for rescheduling an appointment (which I did in advance) and has nothing to do with her not reviewing my records. I released the records over a month before my first appointment with her. She also said I have multiple specialists, so it is too much for her to review even if she got the records. I'm sorry why am I coming to your office then, if you don't review my records. FYI: There are many PAs, NPs, PCs and specialists who do review records prior to an appointment. Apparently, this isn't something PA Radha Sawhney Solai does in the medical industry. I highly do not recommend this office at all. She also downplayed the chronic cough I have had for over two months and decided to prescribe an inhaler, even though I don't have asthma. Bottom line: Inexperienced, terrible bedside manner, should not be practicing medicine, egotistical, and defends her office staff assuming they don't make mistakes. I walked out and said I wasn't coming back. Yet, their office decided to write me a letter saying I was rude and disrespectful and they are discontinuing my care. I had already switched my healthcare to another provider way before this letter was sent. Hilarious how she thinks I was rude and disrespectful when she was the rude one. PA Radha Solai having a medical license is a complete joke.

This is very sad. Doctors take an oath to help others - this place does not recognize humans as humans or care for the sick or hurting. First of all this office never picks up the phone or calls you back - it takes weeks to get a call back to even get an appointment; I have to physically go in there to talk to some to get any sort of acknowledgement and when I do it's two- staff doing nothing! There's no patients in the office and they say the can't see you for at least 6 weeks. Why? They are also rude/ They regularly close early. So if you are closing early and there are no patients during open hours then what are you doing? Why are you making people wait 6 weeks? Who do you help? I asked them - what are people supposed to do when the are? People can't wait. Their answer was - we tell people to go to the er or urgent care. They don't work and they don't care that people are sick or hurt and need help. They should be ashamed to call themselves a doctor's office. The hurt the community of IB with their work ethics They need to be reported/

Had a good experience with the doctor the first time I came. She's great. Unfortunately, the staff isn't. I call ahead of time to make an appointment and every time each appointment is a month away. When I explained that to the lady I was speaking on the phone with, she decided to give me her opinion how I should make the appointment ahead of time, and started going off how we have so many patients. As if I know a whole month ahead that I'm going to be sick. Very rude. Don't recommend this place at all. You'll always end up having to wait hours at urgent care. Since you can never be seen.

I had a headache of an experience with dr Sawhney's office Manager named Carla.. i'm sure the Dr is a very nice person, but Carla the office manager needs to be assigned orientation seminars on how to communicate effectively with patients. She was snappy, kept repeating the same one liners to me about billing as I was having a hard time understanding. Instead of explaining it a different way Karla kept repeating the same one liners to give me the run around. She gave me false information to boot and would not connect me to her supervisor when I asked. She made the experience bad for both of us and it could've been so much better if she would've took the time and compassion to explain in a different way to where I would've understood instead of repeating the same sentence over and over. I would like to say Amber from the billing office was a very nice person to deal with and took care of me very professionally.
