I was assigned to this doctor's office through my work insurance, and today was my very first visit. I am incredibly impressed with the level of professionalism and care I received.
The front staff was consistently lovely, both over the phone and in person. As a walk-in patient, they were welcoming and very clear about the office hours, specifically mentioning the lunch closing time while assuring that the waiting room remained accessible for patients.
The DR was also excellent--well-mannered, patient, and thorough. He took his time to answer all my questions. Although I was there for a sick visit, he professionally offered the option of a complete physical exam (CPE), which is a level of service many other offices won't provide for a walk-in appointment.
I had a pleasant experience with no wait time--I was in and out in about an hour. This is a lovely, very professional office, and I highly recommend it.

Maria is by far the rudest person I've encountered! I have asthma - and I needed a refill inhaler prescription. I've already been examined by this doctor and prescribed an inhaler but she gives me a run around on why she can't send a refill to the pharmacy, on top of that insults me and my spouse as if she was a disgruntled family member. Extremely unprofessional, she did me a "favor" to have a phone consultation with the doctor to get my refill even though I had already driven to the office at that point. Once speaking to the doctor about getting a refill I understood the environment in that office is the same rude attitude. I don't know if there's intimate relationship between the two but DONT go here. I hanged up, reported them to the board and used Teladoc instead. (Not promoting but it was a simple refill to a chronic disease I've had since childhood)

Rude lady at the front desk .... wouldn't recommend coming here . for any visit they ask for a covid test which is ridiculous if you don't have it they won't see you .
