It does get very busy even with appointment. The doctor is nice and calm very soft spoken. But maybe a little overwhelmed because it gets busy. The place is clean.

this clinic is the most horrible clinic ever, DONT GO THERE!!!!!!!!!, their staff don't give a crap about you nor the doctors. I was asking for my personal file to take it to another doctor, and they gave me the excuse after 2 weeks that the doctor needs to sign it and she doesn't have time okay!!! so then I can't even get my own health file. now I didn't mention the reason why Am changing Doctors, the wait is horrible worse than the ER , you want an appointment yes YOU HAVE to wait 2 to 3 months to be seen by the doctor that takes 3 Hrs. to see you on the day of your consultation. Never Again

I've been coming to this clinic ever since I was a child, now 23. Every single time I have been here they always take FOREVER. If my appointment is set at 8am, there's a good chance I won't be seen until after 1pm. If you come in before their lunch hour, they will leave to go have lunch while all their patients wait in the lobby. When you're done waiting all those hours the doctor will only see you for no more than 5 minutes and then she'll be on her merry way. I went in to see the doctor one day regarding flu-like symptoms, waited for 3 hours just to not be seen and have the registration nurse write out a prescription for something a PROFESSIONAL never diagnosed me for. My dad also goes to this clinic and when his retina detached he went in because it was an emergency and the nursing staff just sent him home. It wasn't until days after that he went to complain and the doctor finally took a look at him and she personally said that he needed to be seen days before, he was later sent for emergency surgery. The staff there is no help and they don't seem to know what they are doing more than half of the time. I only go to this clinic because of insurance reasons but if you have the chance AVOID THIS CLINIC AT ALL COSTS! If I could give zero stars, I would. *I was currently on hold for 30 minutes in order to attempt to schedule an appointment while writing out this review. After the 30 minutes they finally decided to pick up the phone to inform me that they cannot turn on their computer and if I wanted to call back later. I thought you opened at 8am?..it is now 10am.

Called in first to see how early I should go, they told me 20 minutes, but I went 45 minutes early. I was still seen by the assistant/nurse 20 minutes after appointment time. She was nice. Although, I was placed in another waiting room and got tired of waiting after an hour. So I went to the front to reschedule, and I found out that the doctor went to lunch. I felt disrespected considering how much time I wasted.

I've been going to this clinic for some time now, and just recently couldn't take it anymore! I had to change my doctor because of how unprofessional they take care of there patients! The doctors are quick to jump into conclusion without assessing the current situation with the patient. The staff is so disorganized and rude that they don't know how to operate a doctors office! The office protocols are not regulated or posted within the office for covid safety precaution. I would never recommend anyone to this clinic in the Los Angeles area. No one should go through what I went through!
