I was a new patient and while the staff seemed empathetic and was helpful at times, they rarely answered their phones and rarely called back. I eventually had to just walk in to get my questions answered. They also told me their office does not prescribe a medication that I needed urgently- maybe this was a misunderstanding because it is a common practice from all other PCPs. They seemed more concerned about legalities than helping me, which is an unfortunate reality of medical practitioners these days. I want to believe this office wanted to help me, but I was ultimately let down and found a new provider that did help me.
