I had an appointment to see a PRIMARY DOCTOR, to doctor Shahabuddin on May 19, 2025 then I got a called the doctor is not gonna be there so they change it on May 23, 2025, and same excuse the doctor is not gonna be there again, then they change it for May 27 2025 finally the doctor is there so my appointment is at 1 pm everybody was nice till I saw doctor Shahabuddin first of he came in the room he did not even introduce him self and he start telling me he doesn't, preacribe the medication I need, then I asked him what can he do for me I need primary doctor then he said he doesn't do that he only specialize diabetes. First of when I make the appointment it is for primary care doctor. Doctor Shahabuddin he did not have profesionalizm, I did not feel he carr to see me, i gave him a zero rating.

3 months to book an appointment, emergency appointments are a joke. You will die before being seen here. No wonder why our emergency rooms are so full in this town when the clinics can not see more than 5 people a day. Updated: 5/19 went to appointment last time they forgot to send medicine to pharmacy now charging me $75 for a tele health visit to get it this time. Will be filling formal complaint. I hope they all lose theirs jobs and will be filing a lawsuit for malpractice.

Great clinic for primary care and diabetes. The providers are professional, appointments are on time and everyone works as a team to make sure patients needs are taken care of.

Maria working on the phone/front desk was down right rude and unhelpful

I feel like a lot of the reviews here are confusing this place for the hospital. This clinic has excellent back office personnel. The doctors and medical/nursing assistants are really good. Everyone does their best to figure out what is going on to get you feeling better and back to normal heath.
