Optum - Highland Boulder Primary Care / Specialty Care

I made an appointment. I was here on time for my appointment. I signed in and it put me on the walk in list. I did not realize this for almost an hour. My phone showed I had an appointment for 2:00 showed my initials, I showed them, in their system, and I was told I was not in their system. They also could not find my insurance. I've been here before and never had an issue, why now? I'm on a time crunch. It wasn't until I got upset telling them they need to figure it out that somehow my insurance information magically worked.

I would like to give s great compliment for Jennifer at the Boulder clinic in Highland Ca. Shes on the first floor and helps to check paients in. She continues to smile and says goodmorning right away. This helps to make paients more relaxed before seeing their Dr. So thank you Jennifer. Keep doing what you love.

I have had only good service and medical care from this facility. I appreciate the expertise of the Physicians and their staff. They are always friendly and professional. I know a little bit about it, because I worked for 30 years in the Medical Profession. They work very well within the Medicare Advantage System. I just had my yearly check up with Michelle Kopp. She is friendly and Professional. She always answers all of my questions. I feel very confident in her care. She also expedited referrals to Specialists. She is a true asset to the business. One of the big plusses for me is that it is a "One stop shop" where most of the services are right there in house. This makes it very convenient for your patients. Thank you for your great service.

I like going to Beaver Medical Group in Highland, It is a very nice clinic. It's not crowded, it's very clean and has comfortable waiting rooms. My Doctor is Dr Furiton at Beaver Medical Group in Highland. She is an internist which means she has had more training than a regular doctor. She's very thorough, she's a great Doctor.

This was the 2nd time I drove down the mountain for an appt only to be told it was yesterday. I said "no it wasn't! I put this in my phone in front of you!" The nurse said so did I real quick because she had nothing to say. And I corrected her. Another lady in the waiting room said the same thing happened to me! I told her I don't have time for games. Beaver was AWESOME. Optum is Terrible and I will not continue to use them for my medical care. Don't waste your time and give them your money. Go somewhere professional. And their lab has been closed for a month so you have to go to another one for lab work. Oh hell no!
