I made an appointment. I was here on time for my appointment. I signed in and it put me on the walk in list. I did not realize this for almost an hour. My phone showed I had an appointment for 2:00 showed my initials, I showed them, in their system, and I was told I was not in their system. They also could not find my insurance. I've been here before and never had an issue, why now? I'm on a time crunch. It wasn't until I got upset telling them they need to figure it out that somehow my insurance information magically worked.
