Dr. Salwan is an amazing doctor with very good communication skills and helping you understand what he's looking at. He gets 5 stars.
His staff on the other hand are rude and don't ever pick up the phone. When we brought this up they played excuses but calling 3 times a day for 3 days with no answer and even leaving a callback and not getting anything back is just unbelievable. Patient interactions with staff are often crucial for establishing and maintaining a positive reputation. Addressing issues promptly and professionally is key to satisfaction and health. However, staff behavior can significantly impact the overall experience of a patient. Such behavior reflects poorly on the doctors and can lead to people not getting the proper help. Ultimately, the ability to respond to concerns appropriately is important to improving patient callback.

This used to be a pleasant clinic. Dr Salwan is a good and caring Doctor. Unfortunately, his staff are ruining him. They're unprofessional, rude, inconsiderate, argumentative, cold, and with major negative attitude. Their behavior destroys and overshadows the Good Doctor. Phone calls are rarely answered and goes straight to voicemail. They will hang up on you and ignore you without any regard for your feelings or situation. Too sad....

I have been up in the dessert for about 10 years and he has been by far the best doctor. He does get very busy so make sure you make appointments ahead of time. I don't do the Applevalley office for personal reasons but his main office in Hesperia is where u want to be at. He has great service and is very attentive and is amazing with senior Care.
