My PA is Jim Walker out of the Chico, CA office. I am retired military and have mail order prescriptions through Express Scripts which are no cost to me for life. I have been trying for the better of three months to have my prescriptions sent to Express Scripts to no avail. They insist they cannot fax scripts to a mail order pharmacy and that i must use a local pharmacy where i have to pay. They cancel scripts for no reason, will not return my calls and this is medication that i need. I have been lied to by Mr Walker's nurse saying that they have sent scripts to my pharmacy when the pharmacy has never received them. I have found that when they tell me they cannot fax scripts to my mail order pharmacy, i checked and that is false, they can be faxed. I am very dissatisfied with the performance of this doctor's office and the staff. New patients would be well advised to stay away from this medical office.
