This has been my Dr office for over 5 yrs. Tammy, my favorite nurse, is a great! She goes above and beyond to help. All the office staff is great n friendly. Although I have never met Dr Thu, I have not needed to. Penny Smith, NP takes care of all I need. She takes her time and asks pertinent questions, which definitely helps! During this pandemic, when so many are rushing you through the office, this office looks out for their patients! Thanks guys
Dr. Thu is very caring and thorough with his patients. The staff there is very professional and polite as well. I've been to the Hemet office a few times since making Dr. Thu my primary and it's definitely been one of the best choices I've ever made in terms of my health.
The Upland office and Dr Hatun and their single staff member are the most incompetent run office i have ever seen. Having a Bachelors degree in Business with an emphasis in Medical Finance along with a law degree gives me alot of experience with which to make this opinion. Don't trust your care to Dr Khtun or the senior physician ( Dr Hsu) no matter what unless you are prepared to suffer serious consequences. The staff at the Upland office is rude and will cause you to have serious problems with your contnuity of care. Beware!!
