Hemet Community Medical Group

Worst medical group ever! Zero stars are not an option so I have to give one. It is not surprising they only have a two star rating. The case managers are rude incompetent and only care about money not quality patient care. My Mother in law needed emergent services and because the hospital she was admitted to was not a contracted facility they transferred her over 50 miles from home. My father in law does not drive at night and she was concerned about being alone awaiting for her procedure. This medical group intentionally delayed her care to save money. In addition, that pathetic excuse of a case manager tried to use Kaiser as en example of patients being transferred for care. However, my mother is a Kaiser member and when she needed the same exact procedure she had it done at the non Kaiser facility where she had been admitted. This outfit is disgusting. Money comes before the patient. As soon as open enrollment is available we will be changing. Good bye SCAN hemet medical group. I would NOT recommend this group to any one.

Hemet community Medical Group has to be the worst group ive ever had. Have had the worst PCP ever rude, and impossible to get proper referrals when needed. Ive been waiting 1 yr to get in with a neurosurgeon for 3rd back surgery And now i wS just Formed that as of January 1st they will no longer be working with my pain management doctor in Temecula so over all it's just awful and the girls up front in the offices are very incompetent

Unfortunately I am currently a member HCMG which has recently been renamed. I think they should have solicited potential names from current members. A couple of my suggestions would be. We could care less about you and your health Medical Group or close to worthless Medical Group. Give it a name that that fits its standard of care. If you care about your health steer clear!

What people are saying about this medical group is correct. This is THE worst medical group in Southern California hands down. They have virtually no specialist of any quality, old hospital facilities in Hemet and Menifee Hospital is even worse. God forbid you get carted off to that place. They deny you seeing anyone who isn't connected with there group. I'm changing.

They are the worst medical group ever. Their case management for Dr Jenkins is so rude and doesn't listen to what you have to say. She interrupts when your speaking. She won't even give her name. That's a big heads up...,
