By far the most unprofessional office I have been too. Making me feel like I'm wasting her time wasn't even the worse part. The last two appointments I had I arrive professionally 10/15 mins before my appointment for her to show up late to work both times showing up 15 mins AFTER my appointment time. Finally get called into the back to wait 45 mins back there because she's on the phone with family member talking about life. I waited 45 mins in the back and finally asked if she was almost coming in. Just to hear her say "I gottah go I have patients waiting for me" and proceeds to hang up. you think?? After listening to 40 mins of your conversation she comes in to only spend less than 2 mins with you. Avoid this Dr. Anderson I believe is her name. I have no complains about the receptionist nor her assistants.

My overall rating is due to the receptionist. I have a scheduled surgery next week and needed further testing done due to an abnormal EKG. The doctor ordered an echocardiogram to take precautions to be sure my heart is in a good condition to go under. Well the doctor said it was okay to have the tech to call her so she could be the results and maybe get my clearance before my surgery days before my surgery date. Well the receptionist disregarded what I told her and said that the doctor will busy on Monday and that I will have to wait to Tuesday at 2 when my appointment is. I will only have a day to get my clearances and my FMLA approved. So instead of resting I'm going to be running on stress due to the last minute approvals. I am not blaming her but all she could have said is I will try and ask her about it. The doctor was wonderful and understanding. Also the office manager helped me get in appointment fast thank goodness for her. But I hope I get cleared and never have to deal with this place ever again honestly. Some of these women that work in the medical field have no concern for what people are going through.
