Dr Irma Lopez

I'm a new patient. Dr. Lopez was great on my first appt staff made me feel welcomed.

Is there a phone number where we can actually reach somebody? Every time I call I get a message to insurance companies of where to call (im assuming for billing). It says to leave a name and call back number but the call just goes silent after the Spanish version of the message.

I've been coming here for a few months for a lot of health issues I've been trying to manage. Staff is nice, the doctor is great and does well with being personable. Idk why the other reviews are so rude, except that maybe they're against the staff being bilingual despite the large Spanish population, or despite San jacinto being a literal Spanish name. The doctor does well with kids as well. My daughter has never had an issue with any doctor, but I can tell he's pretty good with kids. Calls are usually answered pretty quickly, and have only had issues at peak hours like Monday or Friday at open. Also, as a woman I feel like my concerns are listened to and not just brushed off. While I am overweight, it is not the main issue my doctor mentions ( he has mentioned I should lose weight and eat healthier, which is something I hope every doctor should tell me because it's true). I haven't had issues with my uterus before, but with having something recent he had seen no issues with referring me to gynecology when it was weird that my period had been late for months. Didn't say it was weight related, didn't say it was stress related or any other thing women have issues with. I cannot fathom how respected, cared for, and just treated the way I should be as a patient.

I am a caregiver for my mom. Dr. Irma Lopez never made one Primary Care physician appointment in person with my mom (Patient). On face value seems odd, right? The Google reviews confirm Dr. Irma Lopez is not making her scheduled Dr. appointments with her patients either. We witnessed it 1st hand. Under the care of Dr. Irma Lopez, my Mom had Covid and tested positive for Covid through a home Covid test. The Dr.'s Office would not give her Covid Medicine to treat Covid until it was Dr's Office verified. Dr.'s Office then referred my mom to Urgent Care who tested her for Covid. The Urgent Care took 4-5 days to confirm Covid Positive and my mom had to call the Urgent Care Office to confirm the Positive test. The Dr.'s Office never called to advise my mom that she tested positive for Covid. Covid Medicine should have been prescribed within 5 days of my mom initially testing Positive for Covid, or Covid Medicine is not as effective. The Dr.'s Office claimed they were too busy to see her that's why they referred her to Urgent Care. I arrived unannounced after hearing they were to busy at the Dr.'s Office. I Took pics of an empty parking lot and empty waiting room, while Dr's staff was caught in the front receptionist area gossiping and laughing. I startled them and I asked since they weren't busy, they could call my mom to get her treated for Covid. They weren't too happy about being caught red-handed doing absolutely nothing. Instead of apologizing for their negligence. Dr. Irma Lopez's Office, calls Molina, bad mouths my Mom and has Molina drop my Mom as their patient. If my mom had got really ill from Covid due to their negligence, they would be receiving a medical malpractice lawsuit and not just this negative review that does little to admonition their behavior. Everybody is so nice and kind. Front desk greets you with a friendly smile. Dr. Lopez is nice and friendly. She provided me all important information I should know. My nurse is awesome. I got my shot with zero pain. A bit wait as to the other patient had a problem with insurance but not too bad.
