Dr. Riva is very thorough and takes the time to review all your questions. The entire staff is welcoming and professional. Dr. Riva is kind and knowledgeable. One of the nicest physician offices I've been to. Did not have to wait long to be seen, either.
I had a consult with Dr. Riva, the entire office was welcoming and friendly. Dr.Riva was the most patient doctor I have seen. He sat down, spent time with me and listened to me. He did not rush and was very understanding. He ordered some exams, they were scheduled quickly and the office scheduled my appointment for results soon. I did not have to wait weeks for an appointment with Dr. Riva. I cannot express how much I was pleased with Dr.Riva, I recommend him 100%
Completely professional and efficient staff. Dr. Riva, himself, is compassionate and communicates well with his patients. When I left I felt entirely comfortable with his diagnosis and treatment. My mother has CHF. Suffered 5 HA's and has congestive heart failure with complete blockage in her left artery. She's 74 years old and wouldn't survive another HA. When she moved to Riverside County it was a huge concern finding the right medical team to care for her. Dr. Riva is by far one of the best if not the best cardiovascular doctor in Hemet. Days leading up to her surgery Dr. Riva called me, video chatted with me, eased all my fear and did everthing possible to ease my mother's fears. I spoke with his office staff (CoCo) and she's amazing!!! Surgery went well. Dr. Riva called me after and spoke to me in person at the hospital. He's very thoughtful. knowledgeable and compassionate. He's patient and caring. He wants all his patients to be comfortable with everything he does. I highly recommend him as well as the hospital he's affiliated with. My mother could not have asked for a better Dr. My mother is up moving and feeling good. Already seeing a change in her heart rhythm 1 day after surgery. I'm grateful to him. his office staff and hospital team. If you're looking for an outstanding cardiologist he's your guy!
We were struggling with the only pediatric cardiologist in Palm Springs , my daughter is 17 and was misdiagnosed all along ! When I went looking for a new cardiologist I found Dr Riva and it was the best thing that's ever happened to us! He saw my daughter twice and had her correctly diagnosed and because of him she is now getting the correct treatment! He is the best! He even answers my emails when I email him our concerns ! He is the best I drive from Palm Springs to Hemet and I will keep doing it! If you need a good cardiologist GREORY RIVA IS IT!
