First the receptionist wouldn't take me in so I had to reschedule the appt for the following day, and my conditions had gotten a lot worse because of her. This doctor ended up sending me to the ER with an out-of-network ER doc. Then, the hospital sent me a $5000+ bill which is quite ridiculous given I was only there for a few hours. Please avoid this clinic at all cost.. whatever was going on with this scheme, trapped a lot of patients.

If your looking for a smart intelligent doctor. Dr. JAMES song is your man! He is currently helping me through my type-2 diabetes diagnosis!

I went to Dr James Song's office with my husband for annual checkup as new patient. The front desk lady was busy but she is super nice and patient with us. the nurse who took blood pressure and the doctor assistant were all very welcoming and friendly. Most importantly, Dr Song is very knowledgeable and professional. the fact that he is willing to listen to my concerns and answer them all, even though i'm not 100% understanding all medical terms/names, he makes me feels like he does cares and try to explain them in a simple and easy phrase. LOVE THIS OFFICE, already made this office and Dr song as my family doctor , I will be coming back annually!

Dr Song is irresponsible. He gave prescription of Temazepam for patient over 70 years old who also has cardiovascular issue to help him with sleep problem, which is very risky. I was told by other doctor, if patient continue to take temazepam for the purpose of sleep aid for years, he might some day died in sleep without waking up. Let alone this medication has strong addictive effect. Patient will take a long time to get rid of the addiction afterwards. Be cautious!Does not recommend this place.

I've been going to Dr Song for over 10 years, and with time he's changed drastically. You'll get treated accordingly to how his day is going. Horrible, arrogant manners, talks over you, doesn't allow you to finish your sentence before he starts talking to the nurse practitioners and starts walking away while you're talking to him. He's burned out and arrogant. The staff are beyond rude and good luck getting through. Now the nurse practitioner STEVEN is GREAT! He's literally the best and cares about his patients and he's the ONLY reason I still go there. If he was to stop working there I'm finding a new doctor asap.
