Dr. William Discepolo

My Deaf & Paralyzed Brother has been in & out of 4 different local hospitals in the past 4 months with alot of medical issues including Congestive Heart Failure being one of the main issues. Yesterday my Brother had successful Heart Surgery with Dr. Discepolo. Today on Saturday 9-6 less than 24 hours after his surgery My Brother is back to his old self again. He was laughing & smiling. It brought joy to our family knowing my brother was no longer suffering & struggling to breathe because of his heart issues. A big Thank you to Dr. Khedia for introducing my brother to his NEW Cardiologist Dr. Discepolo. We are so very grateful for his knowledge in his field of Cardiology. He does Amazing work. We are Thankful for both Doctors. They have been providing wonderful care to my brother that will prolong his life and help his heart beat properly. Blessings to all, Sincerely Lisa, Kevin & Family.

This clinic needs improvement or consideration of closure in Glendora. My husband was referred to Dr. Discepolo for cardiology services, and upon arrival well before his scheduled appointment time to complete paperwork, he contacted me to report the clinic was severely overcrowded with patients relocating chairs from the waiting room to outside. He further stated the office was excessively hot and had an unpleasant odor. Dr. Discepolo was observed walking around sweating and summoning patients in an expedited manner. My husband, who has dyslexia, requested assistance with paperwork from the front staff but was declined due to lack of time and offered rescheduling for a month later. Considering my husband requires cardiovascular care due to his liver disease and diabetes, the clinic's unprofessionalism and lack of empathy are concerning.

if you're looking to die this is the place the staff doesn't care the doctor doesn't care he brought me in five different times for five different tests all he did was charge my insurance never called and gave me my results won't give me my results when I called to get them staff won't even answer the phone every time I went there was people all the way out the door he spends five minutes with everybody and then sticks it to your insurance I cannot recommend this place less

Your Front office does a horrible job at answering phones I'm been put on hold for 43 min, just to make an appt. Which they never answered. I've been trying to make an appt for 2 days now, I hope your front office isnt a reflection off your service.

They never answer their phone no matter how many times you call ridiculous. Doctors great staff is trash tho. Hire new staff honestly.
