I'm extremely disappointed with the level of care and professionalism shown by Dr. John McKenzi during a recent ADR (Alternative Dispute Resolution) visit. What should have been a supportive and attentive experience turned into a display of blatant neglect and disinterest. Dr. McKenzi appeared completely disengaged throughout the visit. He barely acknowledged the patient's concerns, did not take the time to review essential documentation, and rushed through the process without offering any meaningful input or support. His demeanor was dismissive, and it felt like he had already made up his mind before the visit even began. This kind of behavior is not only unprofessional -- it's deeply concerning. ADR visits are meant to be fair, balanced, and conducted with care. Instead, we were met with indifference and a lack of basic compassion from someone who should know better. I hope this review serves as a wake-up call for those overseeing these evaluations. Patients deserve to be treated with dignity, not brushed off by someone who seems to have no interest in truly listening or helping.

Kristina and Ofelia are very unprofesional. They don't know how to speak to people. I told my son who is a judge if I get heart attack in this office because of their customer service please sue them!!!! I will be complaining to the Medical licensing board if the customer service representitives are not fired and still work here. I had a terrible time today and my blood presure went up and my heands are shaking.

This has to be the worst office ever! Starting from front feet staff to the doctor. There has never been a time where the wait is less than 2 hours and that's only to go inside. This place can never figure out their appointment schedule or get it right. They schedule 20 people in one hour, then people pile up in the waiting area and the front desk won't even acknowledge the people waiting. Plus, most of the time the doctor is not even in the office and the staff won't even tell people the doctor is not here. I hate coming here and this will be the last visit for sore. This office is horrible and no patient should be treated in such horrible way! This is unacceptable by all means

(I am writing this for a friend of mine who has a hard time setting this up) The cardiologist is the best. I had a great experience to help my mother during a hard time with her surgery. They made us feel amazing. We had peace in our hearts and communicated with us through out the whole process. Professional attention and the receptionist made us feel at home. Great results and I would recommend them. Thank you
