Cardiologist, Dr. Harry Balian, has been my doctor for approximately 6 years. I really respect him, and would recommend him without reservations. He sincerely cares about his patients, and is conservative when prescribing medications. which I really appreciate!
Dr. Balian is a fantastic surgeon. My follow-up appointment went very well, with only a short wait. Also, the woman who did my EKG was very kind, caring and compassionate. Thank you.
After waiting months for this important appointment--which had already been rescheduled by their office--my mother experienced a rushed and inadequate consultation. Despite waiting for over an hour in the waiting room, her vitals were not taken, and she was seen by the Dr for no more than two minutes. During this time, her recent test results were not properly reviewed, and her questions and concerns were not meaningfully addressed. Given the severity of her heart condition, this lack of attention and care is both unacceptable and deeply troubling. Patients with serious health concerns deserve thorough evaluations, respectful attention, and a standard of care that reflects the urgency and importance of their conditions.
Horrible Customer Service. Dr. Balian is an amazing doctor but he needs to get better receptionists and office people. I went in and got treated poorly by the office ladies. I needed a copy of some tests done at this place for a surgery, they told me to pick it up the day of, I called ahead of time and got put on hold for 30 minutes then hung up on me. Then they tried charging me even though I have full insurance. Very bad experience, I hope Dr. Balian gets better workers because he's a very good doctor, it is a shame the receptionists are such terrible and uncaring people.
I don't even know where to start... Their front Desk Customer Service is the worst thing I've ever seen. They have no respect and raise their voice when you just have a simple question to ask them. They are very disrespectful and seem to not care at all for their own patients.
