Dr. Edgar Aleman MD

Dr. Edgar Aleman is excellent. His assistants, Carmen and Kim, are extremely attentive and friendly. My only complaint is about the two receptionists, who are very rude. They speak Armenian and English, but they have no patience with Spanish speakers. I speak English, obviously with my Latin accent, and they speak English with an Armenian accent. I wish they understood the importance of their work in the office. They hung up on me and didn't send me the requested information about the hospital. I hope they are kind and provide better service, since the doctor's ability to acquire more patients depends on them. You receptionists are the office's introduction, the first filter, so please do your job with kindness because we all need each other.

I was apprehensive seeing Dr. Aleman after reading his reviews. But honestly, I don't know where they were coming from. Maybe they did not get his sense of humor? I found Dr. Aleman to be upbeat and very professional! He took time to explain my condition and answer my questions. He even used diagrams to ensure I understood everything. I would recommend him to anyone!

I've been calling their number since 1:30 PM when their lunch is allegedly over, they picked up only once just to put me back on hold and hung up on me in the end. Overall I spent 50 minutes on hold and got nowhere with scheduling an appointment. The worst experience ever, being a clinician myself I am awfully sorry there are such offices who care so little about the patients.

A loved one had an appointment with him. Family desperately needed to talk to Dr Aleman before he saw the patient regarding some behavioral changes patient has been having. We started calling the night before and were brushed off by the answering service. Fine, we waited and then called all morning. Even during regular business hours we struggled to get through to a human who would listen. Approximately 12 hours after we began trying to get a message to the doctor we were transferred to a " Maryann" something like that. Supposedly she works with the doctor and would tell him to call us when he gets in. We were specific about ,"please have him call before 12". Unfortunately, the doctor never called and this caused much distress to the family. Really, to not even acknowledge the family is so unprofessional. We needed him to ok hospice for a seriously declining patient. He basically said, " no, I'll keep billing your insurance " and neglected to welfare of the patient

This doctor is not perfesional. My mother is his patient and she has a high blood presure. He doesn't know how to help her. Because of this doctor my mother went to the emergency yesterday night. I am so mad at him. He doesn't have enough knowledge to be a doctor
