Stay as far away as you can. I've been calling them every day for 2 weeks to get my medical records. I told them multiple times this is urgent and it's needed for the court that's taking place on a specific date. Since they are a total mess, I have no papers for the court. GOOD JOB and thank you!!! I'll skip the details about the doctor, just please go somewhere else. I didn't believe the reviews but here I am. Don't make my mistakes.

Where do I start. I get to the office it's a pretty small space. I fill out all of the necessary paperwork. I waited about 10 minutes before being called in a room that had clutter and the ekg machine was placed in a chair. I then asked could I use the restroom, the restroom also had clutter. I go back to sit in the room waiting for the doctor to be told he wants to talk to me in another room. I go to speak with him in this other room (also with clutter). I tell him all that's been going on with me and show him the medications I'm currently taking and a small discussion on how I've been feeling, he does his thing writes what he needs down. He then asked to listen to my heart with the stethoscope and right after that my appointment was over. He says he would request more information from my last doctor and have me come back in a month. I return to the front where I was told I would be charged for the visit "I said ok do you guys take FSA or credit cards" I was told no. They only accept cash and checks. I told them to bill me. They ask what day did I want to come back, I declined and said I wouldn't be and thank them for their service. The office needs a deep cleaning.

This Doctor will only give you attention. If you have private insurance. Even though he takes medi cal patients. He treats his patients that have medi cal. Like their heath doesn't matter . As much as his patients with private insurance. He doesn't do his job . When it came to my case . He had told me to come back in 2 months. He needed time to look at my results. I came back 2 months later. He didn't do his job . He hadn't even looked at tests results carefully. He briefly looked and said. It looks like you might have something. I need more time to look of the results. He had 60 days to do that . Then he was supposed to. call me for a teladoc appointment. I waited all day he never called me . If you don't have private insurance. Don't waste your time here. The don't care about low income people.

Doctor has agreed to run tests. Other doctors would not due to the fact that I "appear healthy". Most doctors in L.A. are very dismissive unless you have a limb cut clean off.

Cancelled my appointment 12 hours before on a Sunday evening. If I had did this I would have been billed.
