The staff is incapable of reaching any doctors. I asked to get transferred to Oncology and the SECOND lady that transferred me to the wrong department had no idea what I was asking about and transferred me to pediatrics. Second time on the same call that transferred me to the wrong department. This review is about the call center ONLY, the Nurses/Doctors there are actually amazing. THE SECURITY GUARD sitting at the front desk has a headset in and is looking down at his phone.. I've seen it myself where patients are looking at the board to his right trying to find the floor/room # and there is absolutely no help.

Was just told an ekg and an echocardiogram is the same thing was talked over and I've been to the hospital 3 times Over heart pain, and I don't feel comfortable sleeping due to the fact I've had sleep paralysis and nightmares I've explained I had 3 xrays and 3 ekgs from the hospital I went to 2 weeks ago and the 3 I went to yesterday 2 for hear pain and one for a motorcycle accident that caused my nightmares and sleep paralysis, I'm assuming I'm going to be told the ekg came back clear
