The front staff is extremely unprofessional and doesn't care about the patients at all. They moved my appointment once and then called me and said my appointment was a day earlier when my husband and I both wrote down the same day and time after the receptionist told us. Receptionists are very argumentative for no reason.
Rude and disrespectful. I went with my wife to her follow up and he pulled her shirt from the front to look at her breast that had nothing to do with her follow up procedure from Ablation. We found out this follow up appointment that he didn't even do the procedure because he didn't find it he just told her ok next step I'll just give u pills and see if that works. not even 5 min in room and he was back out and said he follow up in 3 month. My wife will not be returning. In the time we spent in waiting area 20min he saw 3 different patients clearly he rushed through patients as he had procedures scheduled for the PM heart the front Gina tell him
Dr. John is an excellent doctor.I had Dr John do ablation on me. Takes his time explaining everything that will happen duringand after the procedure. His office staff were all kind,caring,and very professional. Everyone made me feel comfortable and at ease. Thank you Dr. John,and staff for everything you have done for me . Highly recommend Dr. John, if you need a great cardiologist
I called to get approval for prescription refills. The front desk said they'd be with me a moment. That ended up being more than 10 minutes when finally they hung up on me so they can go to lunch. Front desk does not know good customer service.
Staff is rude and not willing to help. They are ugly to your face and feel like they are to busy for the patients to ask questions. I had both Crystal and Gina who were really rude and would not let me speak to anyone else to see if they could help me.
