I truly thank Dr. Bhullar! He is excellent! However, the staff is not. I've called 3-4 times today. On one call, in mid sentence, I was transferred without being told I was being transferred. Unacceptable! FMLA paperwork was submitted and there is a timeline for them to be turned in. I can't seem to get in contact with the persons in charge. No one is returning my calls at all. This office consists of long wait times and useless staff. If it wasn't for the doctor, I wouldn't return to this office.
I had another appointment today. I was initially asked, if I was aware my appointment was canceled? I wasn't notified at all! Of course, I was upset, who wouldn't be? I truly appreciate the doctor but once again, his staff is horrible! I spoke with the Office Manager, who told half-truths to the doctor. He wasn't told the correct reason why I was upset. The only problem was, I was told my appointment was canceled. Shame on the Office Manager, who shouldn't be managing anything. I am not some sort of problem patient that I was described as. I would've been more appreciative if the doctor asked me what the issue was first, before jumping on his staff's side. Disappointing! The only reason I decided to return is, the doctor is excellent!

Dr Bullar may be a good doctor, but this clinic is poorly managed. How is it possible to be 2 hours behind schedule at 2:00pm. At least be honest about how long it takes to process patients and schedule appropriately instead of making people wait 2 hours due to poor time management.

I wanted to take a moment after a challenging year to thank Dr. Bhullar for taking on my health challenges at the beginning of 2024. I found myself at Fresno hospital with an undiagnosed problem and was sitting in the ER by the elevator with what Fresno hospital thought may have been a heart attack. Dr. Bhullar was the cardiologist in the rotation at Fresno hospital and visited me sitting on my gurney. Dr. Bhullar began to ask me questions regarding my symptoms and explained to me the findings of the ER that the blood work had shown that I, in fact, had enzymes indicating that I had a heart attack. Obviously this was disconcerting, but I felt a huge sense of common peace as he talked to me and decided in that moment that he's my guy. He asked if he wanted my cardiologists to come to the hospital, and I said, "No, you're my guy!"
Dr. Bhullar began working his magic and did a thorough work up on me to evaluate my situation. He took the time to call my wife and reassure her that I was in good hands even after hours. He is an amazing person. He scheduled an angiogram for my right side of my heart and the left side of my heart only to determine that I didn't have any blockage. He then determined that my heart murmur was significant enough to do a transesophageal echocardiogram which he was able to determine that I had severe mitral valve regurgitation. This is the first time that I had encountered a cardiologist that actually tried to figure out what was going on. Suffice it to say, I was very happy after suffering bilateral pulmonary embolisms and bilateral DVTs which caused my hospital stay and the stress on my heart. Dr. Bhullar worked with the hospital to arrange mitral valve clip procedure done in the Cath Lab at Fresno Heart Hospital, which had to wait until the bilateral pulmonary embolisms had cleared in my lungs. I had the procedure at Fresno Heart Hospital where he installed the mitral valve clips 2 months ago. My outcome is perfect. He spared me from open heart surgery. I effectively have no leaks in my mitral valve. Unbelievable! Thank you, Dr. Bhullar and the surgical team.
It was quite the challenge, but I could not have been in better hands. Therefore, I cannot stress how professional, courteous, caring, and results oriented Dr. Bhullar demands from himself and his staff. I will say today that, "He's my guy!" You might have to wait awhile in his waiting room to be seen, but it's worth it. If I could give Dr. Bhuller 10 Stars I would. I will tell you that if you have a family member that needs cardiac Care, Dr. Bhuller is the professional for the job. Thank you to him and his staff for caring for me. My wife, my children, and my 13 grandchildren appreciate it. I am honored to leave this review.

On 7/23/23 my husband at age 36, has a massive heart attack. Within two hours from the start on his heart attack he was in surgery with Dr. Bhullar who saved his life. The following day my husband went into 3rd degree AV block and coded several times. Within ten minutes Dr. Bhullar arrived at the hospital and was prepping him for emergency surgery. Being a nurse I can truly say my husband is alive today because of Dr. Bhullar. Words can not describe the thanks and appreciation for him. He truly cares about his patients and the families and provided over an beyond the best care.

The services I have received from Dr. Bhullar have been exceptional. He is a very sensitive compassionate Dr. He listens to what you are saying about your symptoms and acts promptly to treat you.He takes time to explain what is happening and makes sure I am properly informed about my health care.I would have no qualms in recommending him to friends and family. Also what makes the experience more pleasant is his staff is equally helpful and respectful.
