Dr. Hanks is a great doctor. My first experience was in the hospital. He explained things thoroughly and is very knowledgeable, patient and compassionate. At his office however there are a few things that need improvement. 1. Finding a good parking space at his office could take awhile. For this reason you need to leave early. 2.The wait time at is office is long. Be prepared to see a lot of people sitting in the reception area waiting. There are several doctors there so not all are Dr Hanks patients. But be prepared to play games on your ipad or phone or bring a good book. You will definitely need something to help you pass the time. 3. Finally you will get to see Dr. Hanks and he makes you feel like he is going to help you get your heart health back and everything is going to be alright. For that reason I give him 5 stars.

Dr. W Edward E. Hanks is an excellent doctor, good person with a staff that treats you with respect and dignity, in my opinion, he deserves more than five stars and surely will miss him dearly. Happy retirement may God bless you Sir! Thank you so very much for what you did for me!

Over the years, I've dread taking my mom to her appointments with Dr. Hank's office. Its normally a 3-4 hours ordeal. Once again, we have a 1 pm appointment and its now 4. We are here for her results and its unfortunate, that this is the kind of service we get. Our appreciation for his/their knowledge and expertise is the only reason why I waited. We just walked out after waiting 3 hours. At that time, one of the staff ran after us to say that he just reviewed the results and said everything is OK. Sooo frustrating. 3 hours of wait time for 1 second answer, it's time to move on.

My husband has had two points with Dr. Hanks. First one he didn't show up and today he also didn't show up and my husband was told he was in the hospital. Somehow I don't believe it. He doesn't have very good reviews. Maybe he needs to retire.

Horrible experience with this Dr. Hanks. I called 5 separate times to get help with my dying brother who was his patient. I asked for call back on their voicemail because they don't answer their phones, as of today they still have not called me;since then my brother passed away. What a horrible doctor.
