I am very disappointed with the front desk staff at Dr. Lakhjit S. Sandhu's office. My wife, who already has a serious heart condition and is an existing patient, called to schedule an appointment. Instead of helping, the receptionist was extremely rude. She told us we needed a referral from our family doctor, then immediately hung up without giving us a chance to ask further questions. This kind of behavior is unacceptable, especially when dealing with patients who have critical health issues. A heart doctor's office should treat patients with care, compassion, and respect--not dismiss them so abruptly
