The receptionist staff and medical assistants are RUDE and rush you off the phone. They have zero customer service skills and do not care to help or resolve any issues you may have - especially when it comes to prescriptions! Dr Palaniswamy is a great doctor and has taken great care of me and other family members. However the arrogance of the staff in this office has me considering to look for a different doctor.
