I'm very disappointed with my recent experience at this office. The wait times are extremely long, even with an appointment, and the place constantly feels overcrowded. There are far too many patients scheduled for the number of doctors available, which makes the entire process chaotic and unorganized. Patients are left waiting with little to no communication about delays. On top of that, the customer service is unprofessional and often rude. The staff seem overwhelmed and uninterested in helping, which only adds to the frustration. I expected a much higher level of care and respect. Unfortunately, based on how things are run, I can't recommend this place to others.

Helpful, friendly staff. clean waiting room. Today was my first time there, they do a great job of keeping patients moving. Was really impressed of the staff.

I'm leaving this review hoping that somebody finds out who Jane Winsil is. I received a call from Cardiovascular Heart Center stating that they scheduled an appointment for Jane. I called them to inform them that they had the wrong number. They had me on hold for 20 minutes and when I finally got through to a receptionist, she acted like it was my problem to find out what number they were trying to call. I repeated myself that they had the wrong number and that they needed to find out what Jane's correct number is. Again, the receptionist told me that she couldn't find that out unless I somehow knew the correct number they were supposed to be calling. I hope Jane somehow finds out that she was scheduled for her appointment.

I have been going to se Sandrini for 3 yrs. I recently had a series of test done. I have asked in the past that I see the Dr and not the NP. My last appointment to go over a test was supposed to be with the Dr when they called to confirmed the appointment I asked that it was with the Dr and was told he wouldn't been in. So I asked to reschedule. The appointment isn't until Oct 27th. All I want is my results. I feel I am not being heard by the NP. I have left messages and asked the the results be dropped I to my chart so my primary can review and a month later still no response. The worst communication ever.

I was referred to this office for a follow up regarding my stent placement and my provider, Jessica M. Evans, offered the worst medical service in my life. She had no understanding of the procedure I underwent, and offered advice that made no sense. I went to another outpatient cardiology group for a second opinion, who said that everything she told me was incorrect. This group should be ashamed of employing such a terrible provider, and I advise anyone to stay away if you are referred to her.
