I had more than one bad experience here. I don't think they know what they are doing here. You can tell. Unprofessional staff. Lots of mix ups. They don't explain anything. They were supposed to message me with new appointments. They never did. And never got my results. Don't really care. Most likely they'd screw it up. I'll find another cardiac doctor. Don't bother going here. Try somewhere else first. This place is a waste of time.
My annual checkup with Dr Bornos office was perfect. I was called in promptly and the NP was very knowledgeable and a pleasure to talk to. She recommended a routine echogram and the tech that performed it was just as professional. I couldn't ask for a better experience.
To all the moms who go to this clinic 30 River Park PI W #440, Fresno, CA 93720 I can only tell you to look for Laura. She is so kind and was the only one who helped me improve my baby's redness conditions. She is very good and I am very happy that she helps me a lot with my baby , My baby Braulio Gomez and I are very happy that Laura could help us.
4 th floor 440 receptions are very rude and unprofessional waiting and waiting no greeting no nothing standing there for 10 mins so I walked out!!
Dr. Borno and his nurse practitioners are simply the best! He is very knowledgeable, patient, kind, and most importantly he is thorough. He does an all around great job. I have recommended him to my family and several friends who all now see him and are happy with his care. The office staff and his medical assistant are also very intelligent and knowledgeable. Very short wait times and great communication with the front desk and making Appointments.
