Do not waste time on this association and doctors seem not professional. Dr Hui and her office abuses telehealth billing. I was charged by a full office visit amount while not visited. During first visit she could not diagnose my problem and blamed everything to stress. Then she ask me to do annual check of lab test. She send me to a lab test and the test results can be viewed online. However she did not let me know this and let lab send my result to her. She does not even forward me the lab result when I ask her to. She chose to speak by phone saying everything normal just for a few seconds. Then I was billed for $175 for a full office visit amount. I changed the Medicare system and they did between diagnose and I am recovered.

Dr. Zheng is very patient and explains everything clearly. She provides professional advice, refers you to the right specialists, and makes sure any needed follow-up exams are arranged. Highly recommended!

I tried to make an appointment, but the person was very rude. I tried to be very patient, but they continued to ask questions about my insurance plan despite having the card in hand and offering up any requested information. It seemed they wanted all my information that wasn't on my insurance card. I needed a lab test completed, but they wouldn't make an appointment to see the doctor and wouldn't send me to the lab directly. How can I get healthcare if I can't do either?
